Flat Belly Formula under way in February 2012

I am a personal trainer at Santa Cruz Power Fitness and Acadia Fitness where I am holding a 28 Day Flat Belly Formula. Classes include a "crunch-less" formula to lose 12 pounds in February and if they stick to the regimen, along with the meal plan I provided, it's totally attainable.
