Protein, tofu, edamame


Get three or four packs of these from Trader Joe's. Herbivore or not, bake these nuggets for 12 minutes and you are in savory heaven. Excellent quick bite for protein for the vegan, excellent cholesterol-free change of pace for the carnivore. Try some out, and for the extra kick, dunk in TJ's Sweet Chili Sauce. Delicious.
