Shirtless outdoor back workout, bent over dumbell rows

Chose to do my back workout outdoors today since it was 80 in February.
These are bent over one arm dumbell rows. Eight reps with Hellcentric reps at the end. Hellcentric reps are a bodybuilder workout where you do a negative eccentric rep, then do a half-rep, then a full-rep.
